The rainbow within reach! the colour pigments shimmer in 15 of the brightest colours. they are available from matt to gentle shimmering, metallic and also in different high-gloss effects. These will retail for €2,49 a piece The colours can be used alone or mixed together and are applicable on eyes, lips and nails. The Colour Arts nailbase is a translucent nail polish, if used together with the colour arts pigments it creates uncountable fascinating colour combinations! it can be used as a sealing coat also.
